CIASTO TOFFI SNICKERS
Recipe for Toffee Snickers Cake.
Recipe
  • Cake recipe (60x40) 2925 g
  • Mix all the ingredients together. Divide into 2 layers. Mixing time: 2 minutes at slow speed. Baking temperature: 170° C. Baking time: approx. 20 minutes. Let the bases cool.
  • Toffee Cream recipe 2100 g
  • Whisk Napoleon Custard with water. At the end of whisking add Toffee Flavour Filling and mix until homogeneous.
  • Topping recipe 1500 g
    • Walnuts (hulled) 700 g
    • Sugar 250 g
    • Honey 300 g
    • Margarine 80% 250 g
  • Mix all ingredients, bring to the boil and cook for 5 more minutes. Spread the cream on the toffee cake layer and cover with the second layer. Spread Honey and Nut Topping.
Decoration:Decorate as desired.
