CIASTO TOFFI SNICKERS
Recipe for Toffee Snickers Cake.
Cake recipe (60x40)
- TOFFEE CAKE - 06-0311-045-0 1500 g
- Eggs 525 g
- Oil 600 g
- Water 300 g
- Toffee Cream recipe 2100 g
- Walnuts (hulled) 700 g
- Sugar 250 g
- Honey 300 g
- Margarine 80% 250 g
Mix all the ingredients together. Divide into 2 layers. Mixing time: 2 minutes at slow speed. Baking temperature: 170° C. Baking time: approx. 20 minutes. Let the bases cool.
Whisk Napoleon Custard with water. At the end of whisking add Toffee Flavour Filling and mix until homogeneous.
Mix all ingredients, bring to the boil and cook for 5 more minutes. Spread the cream on the toffee cake layer and cover with the second layer. Spread Honey and Nut Topping.
Decoration:Decorate as desired.
